Indoor Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
• Manage incoming customer enquiries and support requests from Outdoor Sales Engineers.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals/quotations with support from Product/Support Engineers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold/warm calling.
• Follow up with customers on quotation status and maintain sales funnel updates via CRM.
• Opportunity for career advancement to outdoor - Sales & Application Engineer.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with diverse customer base).
• Sales-oriented, independent, and positive working attitude.
• Possession of Class 3 Driving License is advantageous.
• Comfortable with deskbound/office-based work environment.
• Training on sales, products, technical applications will be provided.
