- Perform due diligence on requirements information gathering and process documentation
- Be a consultant to the client – Recommend re-engineering process, standardize process, prepare process flow document, work with them for closures
- Interact with the clients on regular basis to ensure receipt of data, address gaps in understanding / data for timely completion of the project
- System configuration, Testing & Sign-off
- Data validation, upload & reconciliation
- Manage Parallel run & Live run
- Responsible for Training session for Employees
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for the Project requirements

- Minimum 6 months to 2 -year relevant experience in payroll.
- Candidates without experience but possess a positive learning attitude and team spirit may be considered
- Fair understanding of outsourcing industry environment, especially Payroll Outsourcing will be prefer
