Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related field
- Outgoing, able to develop network with other startups and have knowledge of the startup industry
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Investigate employee issues or conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Manage monthly payroll process to ensure the accuracy and strict timeline
- Other duties that may be required by time to time Placement : Ciracas Jakarta Timur/ Jakarta Selatan
