Job description for Human Resources Assistant at Công ty Asia Prime Commerce
- Update the employee information, checking data.
- Responsible for agreements signed. Inform managers and employees about signing agreements.
- Follow up and ensure all agreements are signed and returned to HR on time.
- Update and follow Employee’s social insurance data.
- Handle employee benefits (health check up, healthcare, accident, outing trip,...)
- Follow up reports periodically for Department of Labor, War, Invalids and Social Affairs
- Other tasks assigned by leaders
- Good at Excel, Words, PP and others office computer skills
- Teamwork player, relationship building, and coordinative skills, must be able to work with diverse team members
- Honest, dedicated, hard–working, can–do attitude, pleasant organization and team work skills.
- College/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality, HR, Business Administration/Languages
- Abl e to use English
