We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and execute rapidly. We are ready to give you a lot of responsibilities and teach you everything we have learned but we need in exchange a sharp mind, great passion and drive.
The role is to manage the HR department of Aspire in our Singapore HQ. The areas that needs to be built upon are the recruiting, onboarding, HR policies, promotions of cultural values. This a unique opportunity to take full ownership, make decisions and implement your own ideas. An exciting challenge for those of you that have big potential and want to have a big opportunity to express it.
Expected Tasks:
- Build and lead the HR policies
- Build and lead onboarding processes
- Promote the company values, vision, and culture among the organization
- Support business leaders to improve business results by various administrative functions and tasks
- Be the key contact and person in charge for office facility management
