Job description for Human Capital Specialist at PT. Sumber Makmur Surya Perkasa
- Process the recruitment & selection for new employees.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll and employee insurance administration.
- Prepare job descriptions, SOPs and employee competency assessment matrices.
- Communicating company regulations to employees.
- Coordinate the implementation of employee performance evaluation.
- Prepare training materials and employee development
- Implement employee training and development.
- Minimum education: bachelor degree in Psychology / HR Management
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar job.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Mastering the administration and interpretation of psychological test for employee selection.
- Mastering Behavioral Event Interview /interview techniques for employee selection.
