About the Role
We are a growing financial advisory organisation in Singapore, partnering with HSBC Life, to help individuals and families achieve long-term financial confidence and security.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and client-focused individuals to join us as Wealth Solutions Consultants (HSBC Life Partner). This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and individuals considering a career switch into financial services.
You will be part of a structured development programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and licensing required to succeed in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and long-term goals
- Develop personalised financial strategies covering protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning
- Conduct structured financial assessments to recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Provide clear, ethical, and compliant financial guidance in line with industry standards
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and MAS regulatory requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree holders (any discipline; finance or business-related background is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individuals
- Open to obtaining required MAS licensing (full training and support provided)
- Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome
