Job description for HRGA Officer at Javara Indonesia
- Recruitment and Selection Process
- Conduct for psychological test and interview
- Responsible for new hire orientation and on boarding
- Works in conjunction with HRGA Manager to support HR Functions (personnel administration, attendance, BPJS, training &development) to deliver HR best practices.
- Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; and company transportations.
- Keeping records of company assets
- Oversee general administrative functions e.g. Office Support Staff
- Maintain relationship with external parties e.g Building Management; IT vendors; stationary and pantry supplies vendors, etc
- Process monthly PO for stationary or office supplies
- Process Computer PO for new hires
