Job description for HRGA Manager at PT. DS Solutions International

JOB DESC:

  • Lead and manage overall Human Resources & General Affairs operations.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPI/OKR, and company regulations.
  • Monitor employee performance, discipline, engagement, and organizational development.
  • Supervise compensation & benefits administration including BPJS and payroll accuracy.
  • Manage office operational needs, company assets, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies.
  • Prepare HRGA reports and support management in strategic workforce planning.
  • Lead and develop the HRGA team to support company operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, and general affairs.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
