Job description for HRGA Manager at OMNI (PT Omnichannel Retail Indonesia)
- Develop a work plan and budget share in accordance with the strategy, policy, and HR systems that have been established to ensure the achievement of the target HR.
- Manage control of the administrative activities and HR information systems to ensure the optimum support for the smooth operation of the company.
- Have a general knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Manage relation and general affair activities.
- Manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs, such as compensation, payroll, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
- Deep understanding of system and regulation of labor legislation (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS employment & healthcare (BPJS ketenagakerjaan & kesehatan).
- Have an ability to control the payroll systems, HR databases, company licenses and company’s assets.
- Detail oriented, willing to work in a fast paced industry .
- Male/ Female, 29 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Human Resource Management /Psychology/Law
- At least 5 years of working experience as HRGA Manager
- Prior experience in retail company preferred
- Detail oriented, willing to work in a fast paced industry
- Good computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel, amd PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English
