Job Description:
- Conducting recruitment process end-to-end, including the resourcing plan, screening, interview, and psychotest.
- Manage overall HR Operations function including administer employee attendance, employees documents, SOPs, and general administration.
- Process payroll, resolve any payroll errors, and prepare pay slip employee.
- Manage and evaluating employee performance and KPI settings.
- Implementing monthly coaching for employees.
- Initiate internal engagement activities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3.00, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Mastering in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or any computer skills.
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced startup environment.
- Able to conduct psychological test and different types of interviews.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, a people person, and extraordinary hustle.
- High level of attention to detail and have a excellent communication skills.
- Have already vaccinated, that is until have done the third vaccine.
- Can join immediately.
This position is working On-Site. Office located in Palmerah Barat, West Jakarta.
