Job description for HRGA Assistant - Mandarin Speaker at PT. Fintech Digital Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree or above must be able to speak Mandarin
- At least 1 years HR related working experience;
- Be familiar with Indonesian labor law and human resources policies and regulations, and be familiar with various physical operation processes of human resources
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Make employee attendance.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
