Kualifikasi

1. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM atau jurusan relevan

2. Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HR, Training & Development

3. Berpengalaman menyusun dan menyampaikan materi training

4. Memahami rekrutmen, interview, assessment, dan psikotes

5. Memahami Training Need Analysis (TNA) dan evaluasi training

6. Memiliki kemampuan public speaking, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik.

7. Mampu melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan pengembangan karyawan.

8. Bersedia mobile dan melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
