Job description for HR Supervisor at TMP Consulting
- Responsible for ensuring the system of recruitment, rotation, transfer, promotion, demotion, and termination of employees run effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for ensuring the evaluation system and performance appraisal, discipline, coaching, and development of employees run effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for accurate payroll system (on time and in the right amount) and familiar with payroll application
- Ensuring the validity of personal data is accurate and complete
- Responsible Industrial Relationship (Disnaker, Client, etc)
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
- Min 2 years as HR Supervisor or 3 years of Human Resource experience
- Understand KPI Assessment, BPJS Health and Labour, and HR administration
- Knowledgeable in all Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, etc)
- Understand HR Management and Industrial Relation
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Have leadership skills, people management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and continuous learning
- Available to start immediately
