What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and lateness records.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, offering, and onboarding.
- Handle employee administrative processes and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue Warning Letters (SP) in accordance with company regulations.
- Maintain employee databases and personnel records.
- Support daily HR operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage office operational needs and facilities.
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR is preferred.
- Understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of labor law is an advantage.
