Job Description :
- Carry out the process of recruiting employees at all levels, both the head office and at the branch office, including mass-recruitment.
- Assisting employer branding activities (company profile presentation, campus hiring, job fairs, resource persons).
- Assist with recruitment projects (dashboard, RMS, etc.).
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with min. GPA of 3.00.
- Required skills: Recruitment and Selection, Interview for recruitment process
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have a good data analyst, reporting and leadership skill.
- Willing to work at Cirebon.
- Having a driving license is a plus.
- Able to work under stress.
