Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology with GPA 3.0 above
- Having 2-3 years of experience in the field of recruitment, training, and development (hospitality field preferred)
- Familiar with Training Need Analysis
- Result oriented, accountable, team work, high integrity & pro active
- Good in microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Temporary position (8 months contract)
Responsibilities
- Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
- Capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle
- Manage the job applicants database
- Conduct Job Onboarding, and Training for new employees
