Job description for HR Manager at MINESKI INDONESIA
- Strategy to make an effective and efficient on how to fulfill manpower request
- Manage recruitment tracker and was responsible to track the timeline and target
- In collaboration with the regional office and third party to manage the recruitment process going smoothly
- Responsible for making recruitment report
- Responsible on manage the Performance Management
- System as a whole process (OKR, KPI, KRA, and performance review)
- Hands-on with major people management processes (talent management, retention, and succession planning)
- Maintain & manage internal events and team building
- Manage training program and budgeting
- Keep HR programs running well by survey & feedback and analyze the issue to make a further plan
- Act as a single point of contact for HR-related issues
- On-site support and making the strategy for compensation & benefits (salary structure, job leveling and etc)
- Payroll review and execution
- Ensure and review all processes of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and internal medical benefit
- Ensure compliance with local and internal regulations
- Execute and maintain internal company regulations, contracts and other regulations from the government
- Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
- Interested in gaming & esport will be a plus point
