Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end the implementation of day-to-day Human Resource activities (recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, organizational development, employee administration, employee relation, employee engagement and job analysis, general service)
Creating, maintaining, updating, and implementing standards operating procedures and company policies aligning with hi-tech industry, HR policies, and regulations based on Indonesian labor law
Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Report to management and provide decision support
Training, counselling and coaching our staff
Analyzing, identifying, and recommending KPIs for each position and recommending a Performance Management System for measuring individual performance achievements
Creating employee engagement strategy and develop programs and activities to instill Company culture and values
Develop employee development programs to improve technical and managerial competence
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Creating strategic talent acquisition sources, especially in the IT and technology field
Responsible for the development and management of human resources, especially in the field of IT and technology
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree from any discipline, preferably in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or equivalent; any major may apply
Having related working experience in the HR Manager field minimum 5 years
Having experience in IT and technology Industry is a highly preferably
Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, payroll calculation, compensation & benefit, legal administration, working permit, and BPJS
Good in HR Analytic and Having Good Knowledge in Updated Regulation in Human Resources area & Implementation
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, creative and well-organized multitasking
Good leadership skills, problem-solving skills, people oriented and detail-oriented person
Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office and experience them especially in Excel Data Processing
Having a good command of English (spoken & written) is preferred
