Job description for HR Manager at Tadjahan Antang Mineral
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years experience working in HR (experienced in a mining/energy company is preferred)
- People oriented and results driven
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Must be willing to go on business trips.
