Job description for HR Manager at PT. Vivo Mobile Indonesia
- Managing the HR Team to ensure that the company's HR needs are met.
- Prepare the annual budget proposal and human development program.
- Monitor the recruitment process based on the company needs.
- Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company's salary budget and range.
- Providing advice to the company in accordance with legal and labor requirements including new regulations from the government.
- Ensure payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government.
- Ensure employee compensation and benefit are updated.
- Ensure employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kejahatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated.
- Ensuring all expatriate data is valid and up to date.
- Develop performance management program including KPI setting and yearly evaluation for the whole team.
- Facilitate all employees with hard skills and soft skills training according to their needs.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Relevant exposure in managerial level, minimum 4 years experiences as a Human Resources
- In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulation in Indonesia
- Strong leadership Skills, Ability to Manage Team
- Excellent communication skills
- English Language Proficiency (Proficiency in Mandarin Language will be a plus)
- Ability to provide feedback effectively
- Critical thinker and a good analytical thinker
