Job description for HR Manager at Newcastle Institute (nuansa Edukasi Indonesia)
- Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist with orientation of new employees.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, SOP, Performance managements, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience working within a Human Resources role directly tied to facilitation, compliance, HR Services.
- A general knowledge of all and more specific HR technical competence in at least three of the following HR disciplines: employment, employee/labor relations, training/development, compensation, benefits and organizational development.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, think strategically.
- Ability to lead and influence decision making.
