Province HR Executive — Indonesia
Position: Province Human Resource Executive
Location: One Assigned Province, Indonesia
Type: Full-Time
Salary: 4,000,000 IDR/month
Reporting To: National HR Head — Indonesia
Role
We are looking for a target-oriented Province HR Executive to recruit, onboard and support Sales Agents within the assigned province.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified Sales Agents through social media, job portals, referrals and other approved channels.
- Screen and verify candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and account activation.
- Follow up with newly recruited Sales Agents.
- Maintain a continuous recruitment pipeline.
- Monitor activation, productivity and retention.
- Submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Monthly Target
Minimum: 40 Successful Sales Agents per Province HR Executive.
A candidate counts as successful only after completing the company's required verification, onboarding, activation, productivity and retention requirements.
Performance
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Recruitment + Activation + Productivity + Retention + Candidate Quality
Performance incentives are subject to the company's HR incentive policy and applicable country-level requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- HR or recruitment experience preferred
- Strong follow-up and candidate-management skills
- Ability to work with monthly targets
- Social-media recruitment skills
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Knowledge of the local province and recruitment market
- Self-motivated and responsible
