Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to lead our HR function in Singapore.
In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities—balancing daily operations with strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and can both execute operational tasks and contribute to long-term people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions
Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding)
Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily HR operations through the HR Admin
Ensure accurate employee records, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and work pass requirements
Maintain and improve HR policies, handbooks, and procedures
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and morale
Organise team activities, surveys, and regular check-ins
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
Performance Management & Development
Implement structured appraisal cycles and KPI frameworks
Partner with managers on career development and progression plans
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Compensation, Benefits & Planning
Benchmark salaries to remain competitive while managing costs
Recommend and improve benefits programs
Support HR budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount forecasting
Requirements
3–7 years of HR generalist experience, with strong recruitment exposure in Singapore
Familiarity with MOM regulations and work pass processes
Experience in both strategic HR planning and hands-on execution
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME or growth environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
