Job description for HR Generalist at Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ SotaTek

DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment (60%)

  • Receive and analyze hiring requests from internal departments
  • Post job advertisements and source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, company website, and other channels
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prepare and manage offer letters; follow up on onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports

HR & Administration (40%)

  • Manage company assets and office supplies distribution
  • Support the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities
  • Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment roles, preferably in an IT company
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Good English communication skills
