The Opportunities
Be part of a growing startup chemical company as their HR & GA personnel
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitments, selection and on-boarding process
- Handle day to day HR & GA activities; payroll, attendance, compliances
- Support operational excellence through continous development of HR processes, systems, and training
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Develop and implement performance management program
- Undertake day to day General Affairs duties such as factory compliances, office administrations, basic legal affairs
- Support ongoing factory compliances requirement and license applications
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in human resources related degree
- Good communication and interpesonalities skills at all levels of staff
- At least 3-5 years experience in generalist HR functions and role
- Good practical understanding of labor laws including omnibus law.
- Good listening, negotiating and coaching skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Google workspace and intermediate computer skills
- People and service oriented
- Highly effective, and adaptable in startup environment
