Job description for HR Executive at Sunchila
- ● Responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and administrators for employees;
- ● Respond to disciplinary, safety, security issues and the administer of the company policies;
- Observe workflow and recommend guidelines, policies and procedures;
- Analyse HR key metric and performance appraisal to improve company workstyles;
- Provide administrative support to managers and management;
- In charge of employees’ record and profile by maintaining past and current historical records and responsible for retrieval system;
- Review and update HR/Admin procedures and policies;
- Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions;
- Organize administrative duties and employee’s absence;
- Responsible to General affair task;
- Responsible to set up work environment and sitting positions for current and new employees;
- Handling all employee’s related matters such as insurance and applications of foreign workers (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS);
- Responsible to supervise the company's daily operations; attendance & leave employee, employee retention & turnover rates, establish and perform referral bonus programs.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management/ Business Studies/ Psychology;
- At least a 2 year working experiences in field industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to communicate well with people at all levels;
- Excellent in problem-solving abilities;
- Possess good adaptability and fast-learning skills;
- Able to use various technology methods such as microsoft software and computer skills;
- Possess english and bahasa language both in verbal and written methods;
- Own indulgent, tolerant and empathy attitude;
- Experience in general affair and able to work under pressure;
- Possess microsoft software and technologies;
- Master the understanding of recruitment strategies: recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, organizing job evaluation, payment budgets, employee compensation and benefits.
