Job description for HR Executive at Neurones IT Asia Pte Ltd
- Provide full spectrum of HR support such as Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Review, Insurance, Government Grants & Claims etc.
- Consolidate the payroll information and liaise with the outsourced HR vendor for the payroll accuracy and timely payments.
- Responsible for preparation of income tax declaration and prompt submission of IR21 and IR8A.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and information.
- Coordinate on boarding, exit interviews, collecting all the employees documents, reference checks for new joiners and coordinating with the internal teams to set up the email ids etc. for new joiners
- Prepare the letter of employment and the contract signature with the accepted candidates
- Manage employment passes applications, renewals and cancellations
- Manage and maintain the employee database in the HR system.
- Coordinate local training programmes and maintaining training records
- Assist employee relations, welfare and communication, including medical benefits, responding to employees’ queries and providing guidance for employment related matters.
- Participate in any ad-hoc HR initiatives roll out from time to time.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
