As a HR Executive, you are responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource Functions of the VI Group and assist in Admin Operations.
- Recruitment/Hiring process including job posting on various platforms, coordinating interviews, job offer, issuing employment letters,etc
- Administration and monitoring of all working pass – new application, renewal and cancellation
- Staff on-board and off-board matters include IT related email and access, issue door access , stationary, etc
- Payroll include CPF submission, Tax clearance, IRAS
- Leave Management include submission of Government paid leave/NSmen, etc
- Personnel files administration – data entry, filing and tracking confirmation
- Administration of Staff claims & reimbursements
- Handle and generate monthly HR reports
- Coordinating and administration of training request include work pass and site requirement in Construction industry
- Update training records for ISO audit
- Annual Performance Appraisal exercise
- HR policy & procedures management
- Others HR duties may assigned from time to time
- Handle incoming calls, attend visitors, receive document /parcels
- Assist on workplace Safe Management Measure requirement
- Others Admin/Operation duties may assigned from time to time
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource /Business Administration, Professional certification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have min 1 year experience as a HR generalist
- Preferably with hand-on experience on WHYze HR payroll system
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be familiar with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements
- Meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and multi-tasking skills
