Job description
Salary: $1800 - $2200 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Location: 10mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing
- Screening resumes
- Conducting of interviews
- Contact potential corporate clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up business meetings
- Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties
- Coordinate all aspects of planning stage of events with relevant parties for our corporate clients
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative assistance to Manager
Job Requirement
- Minimum local Diploma / Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Self driven, determined and positive attitude
- Strong time management skill
- Problem solving skills
