Job description for HR cum Admin Executive at Patec Pte Ltd
- Handle end to end recruitment process inclusive of on-boarding and off-boarding
- Process monthly payroll and submission of CPF contributions, IRA8, IR21 and statutory leave claims of employees
- Ensure accuracy of HRIS system particularly in payroll and leave
- Work closely with management for short-term and long-term hiring needs, manpower budget and planning, remuneration, company benefits and training
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Update and maintain personnel records of employees
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing disputes and concerns raised
- Application, renewal and issuance of work passes of employees
- Manage all medical, hospitalisation and insurance claims for employees
- Renewal of insurance policies for company and employees
- Ensure employees and guests adhere to safe management measures in company premises
- Assist in visa applications and application of government grants
- Any other administrative duties assigned by management
- Education – Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related studies
- Experience – Min 3 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore
- Language – English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese counterparts in China and Taiwan offices)
- Others – May be required to travel overseas
