Job description for HR cum Admin Assistant at DSTNCT Pte Ltd
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Directors
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinate and manage company’s recruitment activities (including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews)
- Prepare and maintain employment contract and recruitment
- Administer various grants applications offered by the government agencies
- Support in company-wide activities/events, including administration of Safe Management Measures
- Administer company welfare benefits, leave matters, foreign work passes and claims
- Managing post recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain and update learning/training, appraisal records etc
- Office administrative duties
- Manage employee’s requests regarding human resource issues/company regulations etc as necessary
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of employment labour laws
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Proactive, committed and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed, meticulous with good organisation and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiar/hands on with WHYZE HR & Payroll solution will be an added advantage
- Experience in a advertising/marketing industry would be a distinct advantage
