Job description for HR Business Partner at Redbrick Mortgage Advisory
- Operationalize our HR processes
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new talent
- Support the off-boarding, work pass management, performance appraisal and training plans
- Support projects that deliver meaningful people experience
- Drive projects that impact our people operations strategy
- Administration of attendance, incident and work injury records
- Working with management and people to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and performance management
- Familiarity with labour regulations
- Ability to analyze data and make data based decisions
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project and change management skills
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
