As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist & Assistant, also known as HR Administrator. This role is crucial in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring that our employees receive the best possible support and development opportunities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and has a keen interest in contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
The Human Resources Specialist & Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks including but not limited to managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, assisting with payroll administration, and maintaining HRIS databases. This role also involves supporting the development of training programs, providing administrative support to HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. They will also be responsible for creating and updating documents using Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools, and maintaining communication through Microsoft Outlook.
This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. Candidates should hold an Associate Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field. Proficiency in People Development, Payroll, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS Database Management, Microsoft Office, Recruitment, Google Sheets, Human Resource Development (HRD), and Administration is required.
