🏡 Housekeeper Specialist – VIP Private Residence
PT Waktu Cita Warna is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented Housekeeper Specialist to manage and maintain a VIP private residence. This role is dedicated to ensuring the home is always clean, organized, and operating at the highest standard of comfort for two residents.
About the Role
As a Housekeeper Specialist, you will be responsible for the full upkeep and daily management of the residence, ensuring a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment at all times. You will also coordinate and oversee supporting staff including a kitchen assistant, pool assistant, garden assistant, driver, and other household helpers to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and the ability to lead with discretion while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- House Maintenance — Maintain overall cleanliness of all rooms, living areas, and private spaces.
- Bedroom Care — Change bedsheets regularly, organize wardrobes, and ensure bedrooms are always neat and comfortable.
- Kitchen Management — Supervise the kitchen assistant, clean and maintain the kitchen, wash dishes, manage pantry organization, and ensure hygiene for daily use.
- Laundry & Linen — Wash, iron, fold, and store clothing and linens with care.
- Household Organization — Monitor and restock household supplies, ensuring everything is available and in good condition.
- Staff Coordination — Oversee and guide pool, garden, and kitchen assistants, as well as the driver and other staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Discreet Support — Maintain confidentiality, respect privacy, and uphold VIP household standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMA/SMK education.
- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in private homes, villas, or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a proactive mindset.
- Leadership skills to coordinate household staff.
- Friendly, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a high‑standard living environment.
