Job Description
Bertanggung jawab atas live-streaming sehari-hari melalui marketplace perusahaan
Mencapai target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan
Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi permasalahan di setiap live berlangsung untuk dapat memenuhi target perusahaan.
Membuat report berkala terkait live streaming yang dilakukan (pendapatan ataupun data traffic)
Memahami dan mendalami pengetahuan terkait produk yang dimiliki atau dijual oleh perusahaan
Mengedukasikan kepada pelanggan / calon pelanggan terkait produk yang dimiliki perusahaan.
Menganalisa kebutuhan pembeli dan membuatkan insight / action plan untuk perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan kebutuhan pelanggan.
Mempelajari tren positif terkait live streaming untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan
