Job Description
If you have a desire to gain more experience working in a fun and professional working environment, our position would be a great opportunity for you to develop your abilities in administrative work. A full-time GA will hold the following responsibilities such as:
- Welcoming visitors/candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Coordination of construction work. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Facilities manager (by taking responsibility for the upkeep of the building)
- Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of the company's operations.
- Organize company parties.
- Manage budget for parties and events
- Purchasing office equipment and other devices as requested.
- Assisting manager as requested.
- Researching information.
- Other daily tasks

Job Requirement:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
- Good skills in MS office, Google Suite
