Job description for Heavy Vehicle Technician at Goldbell Group
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled heavy vehicle technician with a minimum of 3 years of automotive experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using truck diagnostic tools, eager to learn new technologies, and possess strong leadership potential. Candidates with computer skills, English literacy, and a valid Singapore driving licence will have an added advantage.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Assist in vehicle inspections and maintain service records.
- Assist in documentation process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Singaporeans only. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to understand work orders, service manuals and liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in Automotiv
- Must have minimum 3 years trucks repair experience
- Ability to operate truck diagnostic kits
- Willing to learn and adapt to new automotive technologies and tools
- Good leadership and team collaboration skills
- Basic computer skills
- Class 3 driving license advantageous
