About the Role
WM Center is looking for a Product Innovation Staff to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on researching, developing, and improving healthcare services and treatment-based products within our physiotherapy clinic ecosystem.
We are looking for someone with a healthcare background who understands human anatomy, patient needs, and healthcare trends, while also having strong curiosity and innovation skills to help create impactful services and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and market analysis related to healthcare, wellness, and physiotherapy trends
- Assist in developing new treatment programs, healthcare services, and innovative clinic offerings
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and internal teams to identify patient needs and service improvement opportunities
- Support product and service development from ideation to implementation
- Benchmark competitors and analyze market opportunities
- Create reports, presentations, and recommendations related to product innovation initiatives
- Participate in field observations and operational discussions to improve patient experience and clinic performance
- Assist Business Development team in strategic healthcare projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Public Health, Medicine, or other related healthcare majors
- Having experience or internship background in healthcare, clinic, hospital, wellness, or related industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body movement, rehabilitation, or patient care concepts
- Interested in healthcare innovation, business development, and service improvement
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
