Head of Sales (B2B)
Level : Senior Manager / Head
Experience : Minimum of 8 years of similar experience
Full English Proficiency is Mandatory
Scope of Work :
- Coach and develop the business development and account management team to ensure acceptable sales acquisition and sales retention performance.
- Establish and maintain best sales process utilizing technology and AI tech to ensure effective and efficient sales pipeline stream management.
- Control and maintain consistent monthly sales target achievement as well as increasing sales retention performance over time.
- Provide in-depth analysis for entire revenue generating process to innovate business and product as aligned with the market current condition.
- Coordinate with the product, technology and operations team to ensure seamless collaboration to maintain best sales process.
Mandatory Requirements :
- At least 8 years of experience in sales management role, with high exposure in F&B, Retail, Lifestyle & Wellness Industry. Background from startup is a big plus.
- Decent managerial skills with proven track record of managing both sales acquisition and sales retention team.
- Well connected with F&B, Retail, Lifestyle & Wellness brands across Indonesia.
- Confident personality and well-groomed, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, able to represent the Company with charm towards high level key stakeholders.
- Do not break under immense and immediate sales target pressure.
