Dear candidates! I am Elvira, HR of the Refocus company and now we are looking for a cool and effective Head of sales to our team.
Refocus is a remote-first Edtech company. We are launching online education in Asia: first in Indonesia and the Philippines, then across all the SEA region. We already have the product, revenue and sustainable traction. We plan to launch 20 products and to reach $1 mln monthly revenue.
What are you going to do:
-build an effective sales department, test hypotheses;
-ensure the systematic growth of the CR2 indicator (from lead to payment);
-Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 6-8 managers (all planning meetings, 1-on-1 etc.);
- Monitor the implementation of the plan;
- Control of operational indicators (sales indexes, call/call plan, SLA, conversion) and analytics.
-Fluent in English (level at least C1);
-have experience in managing a team of at least 8 managers;
-have experience in English-language sales;
-knowing of English-language CRM systems (AMO/Pipedrive as an advantage and other analogues);
-have experience working with analytical systems/dashboards (Google Data Studio/Tableau and other analogues);
- you know how to work with online telephony.
