Job description for Head of Sales and Marketing at Superfunds Venture Pte Ltd
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be responsible for leading and driving the Sales & Marketing Division to achieve all revenue and profitability targets set by the Company and increasing the business turnover yearly.
· Define and execute the yearly sales and marketing plan / calendar / priorities, identify gaps based on a sound understanding of company business and propose to Regional Head.
· Strong leadership to lead and coordinate with all stake holders (regional team, markets and external parties)
· Plan and implement the marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results.
· Develop and maintain a constant corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channel.
· Be responsible for setting and ensuring Sales & Marketing Personnel achieve their revenue and profitability targets set by the Company.
· Be responsible for formulating growth strategies for business expansion with the existing and new potential partners of the Company.
· Be responsible for expanding the business growth strategies formulated for existing and new potential partners.
· Continue building existing relationships with distributors, master dealers and retailers.
· Assign existing partners and/or territory to and ensure individual Sales and Marketing Manager expand the business with the growth strategies formulated.
· Hold monthly and quarterly business review with distributors
· Hold weekly and monthly Sales and Marketing review
· Source, identify, develop and maintain business relationships with new partners, suppliers and vendors.
· Formulate marketing tools and strategies to achieve territory growth and business expansion.
· Analyse market trends, monitor competitors’ strategies and directions and recommend counter strategies to the Company.
· Acquire and develop profitable product lines and build professional relationships with partners, suppliers and vendors.
· Provide, analyse and compare monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit forecast with actual result achieved by individual product lines. Based on the report, provide sales performance report and market insights to the company.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reports in a timely manner. Prepare financial statements of the annual budget and long terms business plans.
· Develop business plans, marketing strategies and financial budgets for the Company.
· Direct and review business unit’s performance against the KPIs of the Company.
· Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Company.
· Oversee Sales & Marketing functions as well as the day to day operations of the business with the respective business units.
· Carry out strategic and tactical business development planning.
· Recruit, develop and retain excellent Sales & Marketing staff and implement a succession plan that addresses career progression needs.
· Participate in business management discussions and decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
· At least 8 years of working experience
· Proven track records in sales and marketing
· Strong leadership, team management skill and ability to motivate the team
· Excellent interpersonal skill
