Job description Head of Operations PT. Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia
- Having Background in Management / Finance is must.
- English is a must
- Involved on the process of creating new product. As well as product launches from an operational perspective by understanding product process flow and the operational constraints when it goes to market.
- Build the internal process across department and scale them as a new product becomes a reality
- Provide the overview of support vendor to the internal system to smoothen the process.
- Provide information or relevant input to management to hire relevant sector knowledge people where required to build out the capabilities of the team
- Oversee the Customer Service team, optimize the workflows and structure the team and bring the relevant changes needed to develop a better customer experience
- Ensures Customers and internal team are on board on the system and monitored Properly
- Enhance the system of operational process for every division and make sure every aspect running around the product and system that already build and give necessary feedback to product and tech team if enhancement or changes or repair required
- Passionate in Fintech Industry.
- Having Agile mindset.
- Having experience at least for 5 year in Project Management or Operation Excellence or operations improvements.
- Ability to provide report that involves performances of the operations processes and business process.
- Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to review detailed data and produce meaningful analysis.
- Having adequate Microsoft excel skill is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes.
- Experience for working on Bank or Financial Technology Company, will be an advantage
