Job description for Head Of Marketing at Aimazing
- Define the brand strategy & direction, develop clear positioning, value proposition and messaging, driven by qualitative and quantitative data
- Create and manage impactful content for each of our customer segments, and an equally powerful content distribution across various channels
- Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking
- Plan, forecast, and deliver the full year marketing strategy that supports unlocking our next wave of growth; be responsible for target (OKR) setting and project unfolding
- Lead and further develop capabilities in the Aimazing Marketing Team across digital, brand, CRM and creative channels
- Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Operations and Data teams to determine the general long term merchants acquisition, retention, and driver engagement strategies
- Focus on end to end campaign management and optimization keeping potential customers journey in mind to drive initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, conversion and retention
- Own the marketing analysis, reporting, and optimization of our marketing activities and channels, and establish best practices and share knowledge
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Strategise, plan and drive the execution of digital marketing campaigns to deliver business results
- At least 7 years of experience as a marketing leader with a track record of scaling from an early stage to high growth
- An expert in growth marketing through brand, performance, content and CRM marketing with a strong business sense
- Maintain high levels of communication and flexibility with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners internally and externally
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative means to map strategy, decisions, product iterations and roadmap prioritization back to data.

- High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment
- Have an eye on spotting and attracting top marketing talents, and have a proven track record of building and leading a high performing and cohesive team
