- Manage & supervise digital social media and performance marketing department.
- Build, plan and implement all digital marketing strategies
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Able to coordinate with Google, Facebook, agency or other third party teams to find out the technical problem and the solution of the problem
- Measure ROI and KPIs of the company’s digital marketing strategies.
- Perform Data Analysis to analyze and evaluate marketing spent effectiveness across all digital channels such as Social Media, SEO, SEM
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Technology, or similar fields are favorable.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in developing digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of analytics/campaign performance measurement.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
