Who you'd work with
You'll be working directly with the founders. Damon and Joshua, founders of Ergotune, exited for 8 figures.
- Joshua Chan: founded Ergotune, took it to S$22M and sold it
- Damon Lye: co-founder, runs the programme, the tech and the ads

What you'll actually do
- Plan and direct shoots directly with the founders
- Film, gather the footage and find the clips worth cutting
- Research what works, use objections from sales calls, and write scripts in the founders' voice
- Run the whole system, from posting schedule to idea to live
- Help make ad creatives from what's working
- Decide who the team needs next, and hire them
- Grow the content into the biggest business channel and brand in Singapore and the region
