Job description for Head of Commercial at Apex Sports Village
APEX Sports Village is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing Communications (Marcomm) to lead the brand, marketing, and communication strategy across our sports, fitness, lifestyle, and community ecosystem. This role will play a key leadership function in building brand awareness, driving engagement, supporting revenue growth, and positioning APEX Sports Village as a premier sports and lifestyle destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support brand growth, customer acquisition, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
- Lead overall brand management, ensuring consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee creative content creation for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Manage public relations initiatives, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand communications.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing analytics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to provide effective sales support and promotional initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project execution.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Experience in PR, media relations, and partnership management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Based in Bali
