As Head of Commercial, your responsibilities mainly revolve around Key Account Management and growth. You report directly to the Country CEO to drive sales revenues through the management of Key Account Managers to ensure our client’s sales growth and assigned category growth. Ranging from building up and mentoring key account managers, liaising closely and building ambition plans with top brand/seller partners, developing processes to ensure ecommerce success for brand and seller partners.

You have years of experience in leadership and management positions and have excellent analytic and excel skills. You are able to gain insight through data and create actionable KPIs to maximize performance and sales growth. You are also able to lead teams to develop their potential while driving business outcomes.
● Report directly to the CEO to drive sales revenues through the management of Key Account Managers to ensure our clients sales growth and assigned category growth;
● Refine the category strategiesthe Company should adopt for the respective products within the Company portfolio;
● Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales profits and refining the strategy;
● Identifying assortment gaps and provide the Sales Team with key industry contacts;
● Managing the Key Account Management Team on top-tier vendor performance and competitiveness;
● Interacting daily with strategic partners to ensure the right implementation of high-level strategy;
● Defining the category pricing and market strategy;
● Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
● Coach and develop team members
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
● Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
● Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
● Strong ecommerce knowledge and analytical skills
● Network with ecommerce platforms in Vietnam
● Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
● Experience in ecommerce campaign plans
● Good excel and power point skills
