Job description for Head Of Business Development at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN KREDIVO VIỆT NAM
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Job Description:
o Hiring, coaching & maintaining a high performance team responsible for all merchant engagement in Vietnam.
o End to end accountability for all business development in Vietnam including merchant outreach, presentations, commercial negotiations, contracts, going live & YoY performance.
o Setting individual level targets for the team, KPIs, monthly/quarterly/annual evaluations.
o Be the face of Kredivo to the merchants, responsible for ensuring high visibility at all times for Kredivo & top of payment stack preference.
o Deep understanding of the Kredivo eco-system, be alert to market dynamics & opportunities that might feed into the product.
o Ensure monitoring for merchant performance & act as an escalation point for any potential issues/opportunities.
o Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product etc.) in order to ensure merchants go live smoothly, and Kredivo visibility is maintained.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Requirements :
o Proven business development / sales / partnerships expertise with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
o Prior experience in running a high performance sales team.
o Deep understanding of the Vietnamese Fintech, eCommerce & retail landscapes.
o Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Vietnamese), good at negotiations and hyper focussed on closing deals.
o Prior experience in the buy-now-pay-later space is a big plus (although not mandatory)
