PT Persada Inti Utama is a holding company that oversees various subsidiaries within the Persada Group. We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnership.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and execute business development and strategic partnership strategies to drive company growth, revenue, and expansion.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and business intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders to create long-term business value.
- Develop partnership proposals, business models, and commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the business development pipeline from opportunity identification, negotiation, implementation, to performance monitoring.
- Drive new business initiatives, expansion projects, and strategic collaborations while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership, Corporate Strategy, or related roles, with experience in managerial or leadership positions, preferably within ICT/Telecomunication.
- Strong analytical, research, and business strategy skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in developing business proposals, strategic account plans, commercial strategies, and negotiating partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Available for placement in Bekasi.
